This Eastleigh project brought together three of our most requested services in a single project — new patio, new fencing and lawn renovation. The result was a complete transformation of a tired rear garden into a clean, functional family space.
The Patio
We replaced the existing cracked concrete patio with 35m² of 600x900mm light grey porcelain. The new patio was laid on a full mortar bed over a compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base, with falls built in to direct surface water away from the house.

The Fencing
All three boundaries received new close-board fencing on concrete posts with gravel boards. The rear boundary had a new timber gate included. Total fencing installed: 38 linear metres over two days.
The Lawn
The existing lawn was scarified, over-seeded and fed. New edging was installed along the patio boundary. The combination of renovated lawn and new paving gave the garden a completely refreshed feel.
